My lessons with Jon have been fantastic from start to finish. We started with a friendly convenient home visit and introduction, which many instructors do not offer. It was great to meet Jon and have real time to sit and discuss the different courses etc. This made me feel valued and not just 'another student'.
I started as an extremely nervous learner, and finished of a capable, confident and safe driver. Jon taught me not just to pass my test, but to be a safe driver for life! His brilliant skills as a driving tutor enabled me to pass my test 1st time with only 2 minor faults! And also I had such fun along the way!
Jon has always been very friendly and approachable, unlike some previous instructors, and always made me comfortable. Lessons were brilliant value, fun, educational, and the quality was second to none! I have a lot to thank him for – The confidence that has been brought out in me, and the better quality of life my family will now have due to his help. We are so pleased with the service my partner will also soon be taking a course with him. Thanks so much Jon – I’m forever grateful.

Learning to drive with Jon was relaxed and enjoyable, and he tailored the lessons to suit how I learn best. I felt challenged but supported throughout the process, and on the day of my test I felt calm and well-prepared.
I found the LD system particularly helpful as I didn't have access to a car to practice in; the book and DVDs helped me keep everything fresh in my head between lessons.
My challenge to myself when I turned 30 was to learn to drive before my next birthday, and with Jon's expert help I managed it with six months to spare!

After having been close to my test twice, when on both occasions circumstances meant that I stopped driving for a while, I now felt ready to get on with my driving again. I looked into various driving schools in order to find the right course for me and the LDC network of driving instructors couldn't have offered me a more suitable package. The Workbook and DVD, whilst being really useful throughout the course, will continue to prove its use now I have passed.
Jon came out to my home in order to discuss the best course for me, and with my previous experience we decided the Test Booster course was appropriate. I had previously passed my theory test earlier in the year. All I can say really is that Jon's continuous encouragement and ability to build confidence in me, allowed me to believe that I could pass my driving test – And did so first time! Thanks again Jon.

I contacted Jon about starting a semi-intensive driving course and within a couple of days he’d done a home visit where he clearly talked through the teaching plan and how each lesson would be tailored to my learning curve.
I had previously done a few lessons with another driving school but I soon realised my driving was not improving and I couldn’t relate to the teaching methods of the instructor. Jon however put me at ease straight away, and I felt full of confidence and enthusiasm. From the start my lessons were tailored around my specific needs and at the end of each lesson we would evaluate my achievement. There were times when I felt nervous but Jon always managed to reassure me and with each lesson I felt a massive improvement.
On the way to the test centre Jon knew I was nervous, so he reassured me by telling me not to doubt myself. He was right - I did pass first time, and with only 4 minor faults.
Jon is not just a good instructor he is a great one, confident in his ability and incredibly patient. If asked, there is only one driving instructor I would recommend and that is Jon, not just because I passed 1st time but also because he made learning to drive fun and easy. Thank you so much Jon.

My experience with Jon was very worthwhile. I failed my test about a year ago (with a different driving school & instructor) so I needed someone to refresh my memory to help me pass this time. I learned so much in the 9 hours I spent with Jon – He explained everything in detail, worked out my weaknesses and corrected my faults quickly. He was always on time to the lessons, and was helpful and courteous. Passing my test was so important to me – Thanks again Jon.

Jon was an excellent driving instructor. Whilst making the lessons fun and relaxed, he maintained a level of professionalism and succesfully taught me many skills of driving. By using the LD System and applying his own techniques, Jon managed to make me feel at ease as a learner driver and built my confidence up on the roads. I truly recommend him if you are looking for a first-class instructor who is patient and genuinley passionate about safe and skilled driving.
